Concealed Carry Procedure and Application
We now accept CCW applications online through permitium. Please print your completed packet and bring it to our office as soon as possible and BEFORE your current permit expires.
ALL renewal applicants MUST come into the office prior to the expiration date on your permit to submit your application packet, even if you’ve completed yours online at the permitium website. Your application will NOT be processed until you come into the office in person to complete the process. If your permit expires prior to coming into the office, you have 60 days to schedule an appointment to be fingerprinted and pay an additional $15.00.

Address/Name Change and Duplicate Card Procedures
If you need to change the address on your permit or order a duplicate card, please come into the office to complete the process. For your convenience, forms are available to print below. If you are unable to print them, hard copies can be picked up at our office.
